An open invitation

Change starts
with the world around us.

We believe change in the world starts with how we shape our own lives and the environments we create around us. We want to help create a better world, starting with the way we work and treat each other here.

We're building toward full transparency in our work, clear communication with clients and genuine care for the people doing the work. We want our team to feel supported, listened to and accountable, so they can bring that same care to every client.

We'd love to hear from technicians, managers and anyone who wants to explore a place in this team. As we grow, we also welcome conversations with potential investors and collaborators who have ideas for creating something better in the automotive industry.

Tell us what you'd like to contribute, what you'd like to learn and what you believe we could build together.

The groundwork

The foundation is here.
Now we build the team.

We've put a great deal of work into the foundation: SOPs, operating systems, infrastructure and technology tools. There is a lot built and ready to work with.

Now it's time to put an amazing team together, brainstorm, challenge and improve the ideas, and bring it all to life. We'd love the people joining us to have a real hand in how that foundation becomes a working shop.

We want the care people feel inside the team to carry through to the clients who walk through the door.

01 / The starting point

The real space.

Here's the shop as it looked on September 26, 2026. These photos show the existing paint and signage before the proposed changes. The old business name and phone number visible in these photos are legacy signage, not current Eonic Auto contact details.

02 / Let's choose together

Options 2, 3, 5, 6, 9 & 12.
Let's choose together.

We'd love you to be part of choosing how this place looks and feels. Pick the options that speak to you, mix ideas from different designs, or tell us what you'd do differently. This is a chance to help shape the shop from the beginning.

OPTION 02 · CONCEPT MOCKUP

Light and crisp

A light facade with dark doors and a clear cyan accent.

OPTION 03 · CONCEPT MOCKUP

A warm upper facade, charcoal below and a cyan dividing line.

OPTION 05 · CONCEPT MOCKUP

Charcoal crown, cyan line

A dark crown above a warmer wall, with one strong cyan line.

OPTION 06 · CONCEPT MOCKUP

Three-bar crown

A lighter building with a crown inspired by the Eonic symbol.

OPTION 09 · CONCEPT MOCKUP

Swept pilaster caps

Light walls with small cyan accents at the tops of the columns.

OPTION 12 · CONCEPT MOCKUP

Warm light at dusk

A dusk study of option 5 with warm light across the facade.

These are a few mockups to get us started. We'd love to explore other ideas and designs together. Whatever direction we choose will need to meet the applicable requirements and receive the necessary regulatory approvals. They explore colour, signage and lighting; some building details are approximate. They are not photographs of completed work or final plans. Original option numbers are retained. These mockups are based on Google Street View imagery from June 2025.

A later refinement

Another look
at the details.

These later studies explore the building's masonry and finishes in more detail. Compare them with the six options above; the direction is still open for discussion.

Horizon Works / Day

Warm greige masonry, taupe doors and charcoal accents. Concept mockup based on earlier Street View imagery; this is not a photograph of completed work.

Design study only. Colours, lighting and signage remain proposals. The dusk study includes a refaced pole sign; a change to that sign is not part of the current proposal.

The proposed palette

Colours in the later study

Tell us what you think of the colours in the feedback form. These are screen colour targets; finishes and physical samples still need review.

03 / The people behind it

The commitment
behind this chapter.

We've put our time, energy and care into getting here. Now we're ready to build alongside people who bring their own integrity, ideas and perspective.

Ash

Ash has been working toward this vision for the last 30 years. The last six have been focused on bringing this location to life, with 12-plus-hour days spent building the foundation we're inviting you into today.

The next chapter is about bringing people together to use it, improve it and make it their own.

Eric

Eric has been an artist his whole life, running dance groups and companies and bringing people together to create. At the beginning of 2026, he stepped away from that lifelong career to be part of building Eonic. He's also supported Ash through the process over the last couple of years.

His resilience, problem-solving and care for people are a big part of what we're building. Together, we're striving to bring some of the beauty and fun of creating art into the everyday work of the shop.

We believe we can build a team that does excellent work and enjoys doing it together.
